iiNet is pleased to announce two further acquisitions with the potential to increase the current subscriber base by another 17,000 customers.

iiNet has entered into an agreement with an 11,000 subscribers strong ISP based in the ACT and NSW. The business is focused on the provision of Internet services and includes some 3000 DSL customers.

Another agreement has been reached with a second ISP whose 6,000 subscribers are based in the Northern Territory and South Australia.

Both acquisitions are subject to due diligence, expected to be finalised by the end of May. Upon successful completion of the purchases iiNet plans to integrate the 17,000 subscribers in July and August 2003.
