Exciting new initiatives for iiNet bliink BIZ+ and bliink SOHO customers

iiNet would like to inform you of several exciting new developments for our valuable bliink BIZ+ and bliink SOHO customers. We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Business Support Service on October 1st, 2003. From that date, all of our bliink BIZ+ and bliink SOHO customers will have access to a dedicated business support line manned by a team specially trained to deal with the needs of our bliink SOHO and bliink BIZ+ clients.

Operating from 8:30am to 5:30pm your local time, this new number will enable you to enjoy a quicker and more convenient support service. This new service will be available after October 1st and a letter will be sent out to our customers informing them of the number and their access code.

In addition to this new initiative, we have also increased the download limit on a number of our bliink BIZ+ and bliink SOHO products. You’ll find these new changes briefly outlined below.

SOHO 256: $ 99.95 10G => 10G – No increase
SOHO 512: $149.95 (Was) 15G => (Now) 20G – 5G Increase
SOHO 1.5: $199.95 (Was) 20G => (Now) 30G – 10G Increase

Biz+ 256: $199.00 (Was) 30G => (Now) 50G – 20G Increase
Biz+ 512: $299.95 (Was) 45G => (Now) 75G – 30G Increase
Biz+ 1.5: $399.95 (Was) 60G => (Now) 100G – 40G Increase
