Victoria Traffic Offer
Dear Victorian Customers,
As you may be aware, last month we experienced some disruption to our ADSL services
within Victoria. Since that outage, we have completed the build of new infrastructure
in Melbourne. These new facilities offer greater redundancy and improved performance
for all of our Victorian customers.
As a sign of our appreciation for your patience during our recent network upgrades,
iiNet is pleased to offer our Victorian Customers a free "traffic window" for the
remainder of September. What this means is that between the hours of 2am and 2pm
daily, your traffic volumes will not be counted. Outside of these times, the normal
quota and shaping rules will apply. Once again, we appreciate your patience during this
period.
