iiNet makes it easy for you to pay for your Internet access. We accept most forms of payment, plus give you thousands of places around Australia to pay your account.
Please note the following accounts are only payable by credit card:

- Endeavour
- ADSL Freedom and ADSL Explorer
- Discovery Accounts*
Credit Card
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Diners Club and American Express. You can pay via our secure online interface, by telephone or with Internet banking by BPay. We can also automatically debit your card as your account falls due -- ensuring your Internet access is always available.
Phonepay
iiNet have now installed the latest technology in Phone Bill Pay systems. You will be guided by a friendly voice that will take the details of your credit card securely and automatically credit your account immediately. For step by step instructions click here.
EFTPOS
Our offices offer EFTPOS facilities so you can pay your account with your cheque or savings account. Our Perth office also accepts "eCard", a stored value-card available to members of HBF. (You can also pay using EFTPOS at any Australia Post outlet, see below).
Australia Post
You can pay your account at any Australia Post outlet or agency around Australia! Simply present your invoice with the remittance stub intact, and pay using your card, cheque or cash. Australia Post can also process many of your other bills -- so save time and money by paying your iiNet bill with all your other utilities.
Note: Australia Post may experience delays of around 4 days with forwarding payments to iiNet. This option may not be available on some accounts.

BPAY
BPAY makes it quick and easy to pay your iiNet account through your bank's phone or Internet banking service. Simply go to the BPAY section of your account with your bank. When asked for the Biller Code enter 93880, and the Customer Reference Number is located at the top of your iiNet Invoice.
Note: BPAY may experience delays of around 4 days with forwarding payments to iiNet.
Direct Debit
iiNet can automatically transfer the money for your Internet account from
your nominated bank account. Simply identify your account number, BSB number
on our form, return it to us, and we will process future invoices with these
details. If you would like to arrange for direct debit payment of your account,
please use the Direct Debit Form.
*Bliink Home and Discovery Accounts can pay by direct debit in
lieu of a credit card.
