Get more out of your bliink account by getting into bliink Time! Clever use of bliink Time allows you to double your potential downloads before you get shaped.
What is bliink Time?
bliink Time is currently from 12.00 midnight to 8.00 am (your local
time), which is basically off-peak hours.

The bliink 512+ has 16,000 MB peak downloads plus 16,000 off-peak downloads before your account is shaped. That's a total of 32,000 MB!

How does "shaping" work
Your bliink account comes with a generous monthly download quota however if you exceed that quota allocated in your monthly peak or off-peak allowance shaping comes into effect for that period only. Shaping means your connection is slowed whenever you exceed your quota limit for peak or off-peak.
But don't worry, even if your account is shaped, you can continue to download and pay nothing more than your flat-rate.
When you first exceed your quota, your connection is shaped to 72k. However if you then exceed your total traffic quota by an additional 50% you will be shaped to 33.6Kb.

For example, if you had a bliink 256 lite account and your volume usage exceeded 3000MB during either peak or off-peak periods your account would be shaped to 72Kb for the period that you have exceeded your limit. If your volume usage then exceeded 4500MB (an additional 50% of the total traffic quota) your account would be shaped to 33.6Kb.

What constitutes a month in terms of my monthly data allowance?
For traffic volume calculation purposes, a month is the total downloaded during the calendar period of your anniversary date. You stay shaped until the next month's anniversary date has reached.

If your account is active on the 15th, your quota is calculated to the 15th of the next month, and your allocated traffic will reset at 12:01am on the 15th of every month). If you have not exceeded your traffic allocation for peak or off-peak, your connection will remain at full speed during that period. You are only shaped for the period in which you exceed the allocation.
