D-Link DSL 300 Ethernet Modem - Browser Configuration Instructions: Move your mouse arrow over the images and when it turns into a hand click the left button to go to the next screen

The DSL-300 C3 modem provided by is NOT a standard DSL-300 modem. This modem has inbuilt PPPoE authentication software and also issues 192.168.0.x IP addresses to any PCs attached to it via a network. If you have an internal network configured, it is STRONGLY advised that you consult with a network consultant before proceeding.

To determine if you have a D-Link DSL-300 C3 modem, simply pick up your modem and look for the label at the base. The label will indicate whether you have Ver: C2 or Ver: C3*

If you have version C2 of the DSL-300 modem, you will need to obtain a 3rd party PPPoE client such as RAS PPPoE for Windows users, or EnterNet for Macintosh users. Otherwise, simply use the guide following.

  • Click here to configure your modem

* You may also have the DSL300+ which is the same as the DSL-300 C3. You can identify the DSL300+ by the labels DSL300+ and A1 on the badge of the modem.
