Common Browser Error Messages
Microsoft Internet Explorer: Graphics or Webpages Do Not Display Properly

This error may be caused by incorrect display settings. Identify and correct your settings by completing the instructions below

Solution 1.

• Go to Start then Settings and Control Panel
• Double-click on the System icon

  

• Select Performace tab
• Click on Graphics button

• Move the Hardware acceleration slider one position to the left

• Click OK and then Close

• Click Yes to restart your computer

Solution 2

• Go to Start the Settings and Control Panel
• Double click the Internet Options icon
• Click on Advanced tab

• Check the box next to Use Smooth Scrolling
• Click OK
