Window Errors
Dial-Up Networking could not negotiate a compatible set of network protocols

One or more of the Network Components may have become corrupt. Check Network Settings.

  • Double click the My Computer icon on your Desktop

  • Double click the Control Panel

  • Double click the Network

  • In the window under The following network components are installed, the following three components should be installed: Client for Microsoft Networks, Dialup Adapter and TCP/IP.

Please Note: Your components might look a little different if you are on a LAN. If you are on a LAN (Local Are Network), do not remove the network adapters and protocols. Please contact your administrator for instructions. If you use AOL, do not remove AOL Adapter or TCP/IP.
