Window Errors
Dial-Up Networking Password Option Unavailable

When connecting to iiNet you cannot save your password, i.e. the options to save the password is greyed out and unavailable, there is few things that you can check to fix it.

1. Check the Network Settings:

  • Double click the My Computer icon on your Desktop

  • Double click Control Panel

  • Double click on Network

  • In the window under The following network components are installed, the following three components should be installed: Client for Microsoft Networks, Dialup Adapter and TCP/IP

If that does not help you can:

2. Check Password Properties

  • Go to My Computer then Control Panels and double click Passwords
  • Click User Profiles

  • Set your options as above and click OK
  • You might be asked to restart your computer, do so and try the connection again
