Modem Drivers
Most problems that you encounter while using communications software with Windows
95/98 can be resolved by reinstalling your modem drivers - the software that
controls the modem. Please remember that if you have any other communications
software on your computer, you will need to reconfigure it to use your modem
once this error has been resolved.
Note: At any time, if you are asked to install or re-install any software,
please have your Windows 95/98 setup CD or diskettes available. Before
you remove your modem, ensure that you have the correct modem drivers provided
by the manufacturer or vendor. If they are not available, you will need to obtain
a copy from your manufacturer or vendor before you attempt our instructions.
