Click here for instructions to Check the Dial-up number You will need to pay attention to what the modem "sounds" like when dialling to iiNet. Does it take long to give you the error message. If it seems to come up after just a short time, you need to Check the modem's timeout settings Once these settings have been verified, pick up the phone and dial the iiNet dial-up number as you would any other number.
