Window Errors
Modem does not exist, is not plugged in or is out of service
If the modem is external, ensure that the power switch is on. Restart Windows
and try again. If you are still having problems, reset the modem again and continue
with the following steps:
- Go to My Computer the Dial-Up Networking
- With your right mouse button click on iiNet or the connection you
made to iiNet and click Properties
Or click on File and Properties after you highlight the connection
to iiNet
