What is FileZilla?

FTP Stands for File Transfer Protocol and is the most common way of sending files on the Internet. Many organisations make software available on "Anonymous FTP Sites". This is a computer that allows people to log in anonymously in order to download files.

FileZilla is a free FTP program under a GPL (General Public License). It is a neat full-featured FTP client that is easy to use and has an intuitive drag-and-drop interface.
