iiNet is proud to announce we now have one national number
for all our clients to connect.
If you currently have a residential dial-up account that is one of the accounts below:
- Atlantis
- Discovery
- Explorer
- Freedom
You can now dial 0198 379 000.
To do this, simply click
here and open the 'iiNet Transition Assistant', this will
step you through the number change process.

can make the change manually by choosing your operating system
and clicking the relevant link below. Then follow the instructions.

Alternatively, if you have a business account that requires a static IP
you will need to dial 0198 379 100. Accounts that require static IP's
are:
- Voyager Home
- Voyager Express
- Voyager Corporate
Note: If you are dialling from ACT
you will need to contact iiNet on 13 2258 to obtain a dial-in number as
currently this service does not support ACT.
