What does iiNet Support iiNet Customer Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any questions or problems with connecting, you contact our friendly iiNet Support Team for assistance on 13 22 58. Once you are connected, we ask you to check our extensive help pages and knowledge base before you call our support centre. We have made the help pages for you to use and hope that you will find the instructions easy to follow and that they solve most of the problems associated with the configuration of software.

If however you are not able to solve your problem following our support pages, please call us. We will be more than happy to assist with your queries.

Most of the time you will be able to find settings for the unsupported software on our web pages. If the software you are having problems with is not on the web pages and you would like it to be included, please email us, and we might be able to create a tutorial for it.
