Windows 3.11

Windows 3.11 was one of the first Windows Operating Systems release by Microsoft. Windows 3.11 is quite out-dated now and if you are running this operating system at home, and want to get the most out of your Internet experience, it is advisable that you consider upgrading to at least Windows 95. This is because most software available for Internet usage, and many features available from the Internet, are designed to support Windows 95 at a minimum. You could find your Internet experience severely limited through usage of Windows 3.11 .
